You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is fulfilled. Just click on this number (which you can also find by going to your order page on our website) and you will be taken to Australia Post's tracking page for your item.
There you can see at what time we lodged your order with Australia Post and you can also sign up to receive alerts as the delivery status changes, each time your order is scanned on its way to being delivered.
The severe reduction in flights across Australia has been extending delivery times in recent months so if your order needs to be delivered pronto, we suggest you pay a little extra for Express Post or if it is urgent, select courier delivery.
