We've settled on our longest Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 cable being 1.8 metres in length.
When Thunderbolt 4 hits 2 metres the throughput can begin to degrade so we've opted to stay on the conservative side and use 1.8 metre Thunderbolt cables.
Both our 1m and 1.8m ultra-premium Thunderbolt 4 cables are produced under contract in an Apple MFI certified factory.
And because we procure directly from the factory with no "middlemen" markups embedded in the retail price, you will purchase our Thunderbolt cables for around half to one-third the price of competing cables.
Our Thunderbolt 4 cable will immediately connect a Mac or PC with USB4, Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 3 or 4 devices. Thunderbolt 4 cables are also fully backwardly compatible with USB-C.
You can also connect a USB4, Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 3 equipped Mac in target disk mode to another similarly equipped Mac computer or laptop for maximum system migration or data transfer. With Thunderbolt 4 or the fully compatible USB4 it's possible to daisy chain up to 6 USB4 or Thunderbolt devices.
The Thunderbolt cable will connect SSD drives, hard drives, docking stations, external graphics, eGPU cards and high end monitor displays.
That's ideal for connecting USB4 or Thunderbolt 4 monitors as USB4 allows hosts devices to optimally scale allocations for display data flow. Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 peer-to-peer 10Gbit networking is also supported.
